Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process, including the time period, city, and any other required details. The platform is not responsible for any errors resulting from providing incorrect information.
Booking Policy
All bookings are subject to the availability of services in the specified city and time period. Overlapping bookings with other requests for the same service in the same time period are not allowed.
Cancellation and Modification
Cancellations or modifications may be made in accordance with Garensy’s platform cancellation policy.
This policy applies to all services and products offered directly by Garensy, including event organization, printing, photography, equipment rental, hospitality, setups, and any other direct services — except wedding halls and theaters, which have separate cancellation rules.
Cancellation & Refund Terms
Cancellation within 4 days of placing the order:
The client is entitled to cancel and receive a full refund minus electronic payment processing fees (such as card or payment gateway fees).
First :
Cancellation after 4 days of placing the order OR 14 days or more before the event/service date:
A refund will be issued after deducting 25% (deposit + administrative fees).
Second :
Cancellation between 7 and 13 days before the event/service date:
50% of the total amount will be deducted.
Third :
Cancellation less than 7 days before the event/service date:
No refund will be issued.
Fourth :
If any part of the service has already been initiated (design, printing, preparation, booking, coordination, photography, etc.), the value of the work completed will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Fifth :
Wedding halls and theaters have independent cancellation policies: 150 to 90 days before the event 25% deduction, 89 to 30 days before the event 50% deduction, 29 days or less before the event No refund (100% deduction)
Postponement
Postponement is allowed once only, provided that Garensy is notified at least 10 days before the original date.
The new date is subject to availability, and additional fees may apply depending on the circumstances.
Cancellations by Garensy
If Garensy must cancel the service due to an emergency or any circumstance beyond its control, Garensy commits to: 1-Notifying the client immediately. 2- Refunding the full amount within 7 to 14 business days. 3-Offering the option to reschedule or replace the service with a similar one at no additional cost.
Liability
Garensy is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from misuse of the services or failure to comply with the terms.
The user assumes full responsibility for any consequences arising from their use of the platform.
General Provisions
This policy applies to all clients: individuals, companies, institutions, and government entities.
Any cancellation request that does not follow the procedures stated above will not be considered valid.
reserves the right to modify this policy based on operational needs. Clients with new bookings will be informed of any major updates.
